Special Session Submission
Special Sessions are organized by the proposing authors, and run alongside the parallel oral presentation sessions. The proposing authors are responsible for organizing the format of their sessions, chairing, recruiting the speakers/presenters for the session, and ensuring that these speakers are registered. The special session chairs and organizers should discuss special requests with the conference organizers at least one month before the start of the conference but will be responsible to prepare and manage any such special requirements.
Thank you to all who submitted special session proposals. The proposals will be reviewed and selected for inclusion in the conference program.
